acidophilus (spelling might be wrong) it’s actually a bacteria that helps to replenish your normal flora so it can fight the yeast infection. Cranberry Juice helps, just because it helps to make the area a deadly pH for yeast… but there’s aways vagisil to help with the itching and burning while you wait… but the natural way will take longer than the MD way and it’s not always guaranteed to work the first time… the key is prevention.

I always have ups n downs with my yeast infection and am still combating this myself. But I find avoiding sugary/carbohydrate filled food helps to reduce yeast infection. Reduce only, not virtual elimination. Then, I’m also taking garlic pills (1 pills after each meal). The reason I’m very interested with natural ways of combating yeast infection is because I’ve been using clotrimazole (creams, pills n inserted creams) for 5 years n wish to stop this unnatural medication. Besides, I don’t know if it could have a negative side effect if I use this for too long. No doubt it clears it in 1-2 days but it recurs again anyway. So it gets expensive. Also, I plan to have baby 1 day n am not comfortable using these medications then. So, I’m still looking for the best natural remedy. I know that yogurt and cow’s milk don’t work for me. In fact they encourage more yeast attack. My yeast infection keeps recurring cos I’m unable to avoid sugary or carbohydrate foods. Also, my immune system isn’t as good since I was a child. I’m the kind of person who’ll have flu 4 times a year. I do indulge in some chocolates n ice-creams once in awhile cos I love to eat junk food. So, asking me to totally eliminate them is not feasible for me. I heard that eating butter can help. I did try eating the Walkers brand pure butter cookies (30% butter) n it didn’t worsen my yeast infection. It didn’t make it better either. So, at least there’s something tasty that I can eat without worsening it. I tried the cheaper butter cookies (10% butter) that are higher in sugar content, but my yeast infection worsened into clumpy yellow cheesy substance. So, I’m stuck with the expensive butter cookies. I think changing panties twice a day helps. Also, powders made of corn powder doesn’t work for me. Use regular baby talc instead, they help me to keep dry down there without worsening the itch. No sweet drinks. Lemon juice doesn’t work for me. Douching with iodine doesn’t work for me. Bifidus, lactobifidus or acidophilus doesn’t help me. I think it made it worse. What I do when I wana reduce the yeast is cut sugary/carbohydrate filled food/drinks. When it’s gone, I’ll treat myself with sugary snacks and then it comes back. Then, I’ll cut sugar/carbo again. Yeah, it’s a vicious cycle. Sometimes, I over indulge, and it’s back to clotrimazole again cos the natural remedy isn’t effective when the discharge is clumpy cheesy. I don’t use birth control pills, only condoms. I do cardio exercise 1 hr a week as I find myself getting yeast attacks more easily if I don’t exercise. Somehow, potato chips are Ok with me. It doesn’t worsen it. Of course, it doesn’t make it better either. Seeing the doc is expensive n it still doesn’t work. I already realised they also don’t have the ultimate solution. I use Prolin (pH balanced 3.5, soap-free) feminine wash to wash my vagina. It’s the only 1 I can use down there. I tried Dove, Sebamed and several expensive famous feminine washes before and they all don’t work for me. Drink lots of plain water.

I didn’t buy it buddy and i can’t check your link but the book that helped me enormously was called "Complete Candida Yeast Guidebook" ~ Revised 2nd Edition by jeanne Marie Martin with Zoltan P.Rona, M.D… fabulous reading there for you.

You are so horribly mistaken, it pains me to even read your uneducated response.
There are tons of all natural remedies to treat this condition. Not to mention thousands of success stories on the internet.
I am asking for other peoples PERSONAL experience and knowledge about this condition. I do not believe in pumping my animal full of harmful and toxic medications. You are exactly the type of closed minded person who I did not want replying to my question.
Lack of answers must tell you there are no natural home remedies and your dog needs to be treated by a vet.
